The Civil Liberties Monitoring Project (CLMP) has organized a Humboldt County District #2 Supervisor Candidates' Night, on Friday, October 10th, 2008, from 7 to 8:30 pm at the Veterans Memorial Building in Garberville. The public event is co-sponsored by CLMP and the Garberville Veterans Association. Attendees will be able to ask questions, and each candidate will have an opportunity to respond. The first Humboldt County Code Enforcement Task Force meeting is scheduled for Friday, May 23 in Humboldt County courthouse conference room B at 10:00 am.
